Cloud Migration & FinOps
Move to the cloud on purpose, and keep the monthly bill under control.
Whether you are retiring an aging server closet or untangling a cloud bill that keeps climbing, we plan and run migrations to Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud, then manage cost and performance afterward.
A good migration starts with deciding what should move, what should be replaced by a SaaS product and what should be retired. We map dependencies first, move workloads in waves and test each one before switching users over. After go-live, FinOps reviews keep spending tied to real usage, so you are not paying for idle virtual machines or forgotten storage.

How we deliver it
Assess
We inventory workloads, map dependencies and estimate cloud costs before anything moves.
Plan
We group workloads into waves, set rollback points and agree cutover windows with you.
Migrate
Each wave is moved, tested and signed off by your team before users switch.
Optimize
Monthly cost reviews and right-sizing keep the environment efficient.
What you can expect
No more hardware refresh cycles
Capacity scales up and down without buying servers.
Visible spending
Tagged resources and dashboards show who uses what.
Work from anywhere
Secure access to files and apps from the office, home or on the road.
Common questions
Which cloud should we choose?
It depends on your applications, licensing and skills. Microsoft-centric businesses often fit Azure best, but we recommend based on your workloads rather than a reseller preference.
How much downtime should we expect?
Most cutovers happen after hours or over a weekend. Users typically see a short sign-in change and nothing more.
Will the cloud be cheaper than our servers?
Sometimes, sometimes not. Our assessment compares the full cost of both options, including hardware, power, support and risk, so you can decide with real numbers.
